Sales Policy: AA Blueprint Co., Inc. reserves the right to refuse sales or service to anyone. We also reserve the right to verify payment method, shipping and billing addresses and any other personal information necessary to confirm the validity of an order placed online. We accept payments by VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We will also accept Check or Money Order but product orders will not ship until payment is received and verified. Contract customers have the option to be invoiced on a net 30 basis and are not required to issue a payment at the time of order. All transactions are done online through our secure server SSL 256 encryption. We will ship around the world, but reserve the right to refuse an order from certain countries because of export law or other liabilities. Of course, existing, known customers can log in and purchase from any where in the world.
Ohio State Sales Tax: If you reside in Ohio, we are obligated by law to charge a sales tax of 7% on all shipments. If you wish to expedite matters and pickup up your order from our Cleveland office, we are obligated by law to charge a sales tax of 7.75%.
Shipping Policy: AA Blueprint Co., Inc. will ship all products by the method you select. Customer can choose which method of delivery they want from local pickup to ground to next day air delivery. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours depending upon payment confirmation. Keep in mind the customer will be charged for shipping costs and sales tax if applicable (Ohio Residents). United States Territory customer will be sent by Air delivery. We will ship standard UPS rates to Canada. For international shipments we offer USPS and UPS shipping options. For our International customers, please keep in mind that USPS may ship to you internationally but depending on your country security status it may not qualify for Insurance of shipment. In such a case if the customer still wants to ship and the package is lost or damaged the buyer accepts full responsibility. We do business in good faith and are not trying to mislead our customers in any way so we want to be upfront about this. You must ensure the address and postcode entered during checkout is correct , further delivery costs will be incurred if the address supplied is incorrect and the delivery cannot be completed. Items returned to us as "undeliverable" by our couriers will not be re-dispatched until extra postage costs have been paid in full. It is the buyers responsibility to provide an address suitable for delivery where the item can be checked and signed for. A signature given at the address supplied by the buyer will be taken as proof of delivery. You should ensure that the item can be succesfully delivered and signed for at the address you have supplied.
Return Policy: AA Blueprint Co., Inc. has a 7 day return policy. We will receive a return from only the 50 United States and it's territories and Canada. You have 7 days after you receive shipment for any and all returns. Thats 7 days after you receive the product, not including our shipping time to you. If you decide you don't want the product upon receiving it, you will pay the shipping back (insured) and will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from any credit. If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped by us, the 7 day policy is still in effect. (We want to correct the problem promptly.) AA Blueprint Co., Inc. will ship out a replacement or correct item at no extra cost to you upon receipt of the other product. We require that you notify us by email or phone of a return, and will give you instructions as to how to go about sending it back to us. The customer will receive a credit for return shipping. We will notify you if the product to be returned requires an insured shipment to us. The reimbursement of shipping is only for missent or defective items within the 7 day period. If a package is opened and returned with missing components the customer will receive an adjusted refund deducting the replacement cost of any missing items. Customer may also be subject to a 15% Restock fee because opened merchandise can not be resold as "New". Any product defective after the 7 day period falls under the manufactures warranty. Most products carry a 90 day to 1 year warranty (you will need to verify this with the manufactures documentation that comes with the product or the manufactures web site.)
Cancellation Policy: Customer must cancel orders prior to shipping of product (usually within 24 hours). If there is a cancellation after shipment the return policy takes in affect and customer will pay all shipping to send the product back to AA Blueprint as well as any costs incurred by AA Blueprint in shipping and restocking fee. Please verify where the return is to be sent to prior in the event that we had to get a direct ship via the manufacturer.
All International orders except Canada are on case by case basis. Existing customers may have an order shipped anywhere in the world. Our normal shipping area is within the 50 United States and it's territories and Canada. We will sell and ship to international customers outside of these stated boundaries on a case by case basis. Of course existing customers can log in and purchase from any where in the world. We do ship to the UK and Western Europe but if you have a question please email us or give us a call. (Reason for our strict shipping policy is because not everyone in this world is honest, we ask that you please take no offense by this statement. Because AA Blueprint Co., Inc. meant no offense to be taken.)
