Contract or existing and approved customers visiting for the first time are asked to notify their sales representative when creating an account so as we may properly register that account for proper billing. Without said notification, the option to be invoiced rather than paying with a credit card cannot be offered. We do not register new acounts automatically so as to avoid situations where an individual that is not employed by a known customer can have their purchase paid for by an existing account.
